His infectious smile, quick wit, and genuine interest in others made him a memorable presence in every life he touched.

Born in Nashville, TN, on November 14, 1979, to Gary and Diane Benz, Wade’s early years showcased his diverse talents. Even before turning 18, he explored opportunities in modeling, acting, and news broadcasting, demonstrating a natural charisma and versatility. His intellectual curiosity was evident in his fascination with emerging technologies, current events, and political discussions. Wade was a man of deep faith, a committed Christian, and a proud alumnus of Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA), Western Kentucky University, and Belmont University. Following his college years, Wade joined his father, Gary, in business, a partnership he deeply valued and cherished. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he was an enthusiastic reader of biographies and business publications, always seeking to expand his understanding of the world.

Wade’s personal life blossomed when he met his wife, Natalie, during a vacation to the Florida beaches in 2010. Their connection was immediate, and they married the following year, building their family home in the heart of Franklin, TN. Together, they welcomed four beautiful children – Sawyer Kate, Remington Ryan “Remy”, Sullivan Roe “Sully”, and Owen Wade – who were the center of his world. He especially treasured moments like daddy-daughter dances with Sawyer, Sunday morning fishing trips with Owen, donut dates with Remy, and quality time spent with his youngest, Sully. Franklin, TN, was more than just a location for Wade; it was the community where he built his family and created lasting memories.

Wade possessed a rare ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He never met a stranger, cultivated deep friendships, and was fiercely loyal to his family. His impact on the lives of those around him is immeasurable, and his absence will be profoundly felt by the Franklin community and beyond.
