Court documents related to this May 16th arrest detail accusations of Ginestri stealing $38,950 worth of high-end handbags. Adding fuel to the fire, authorities claim he was operating a stolen BMW X7 during these alleged handbag heists. Furthermore, Ginestri is suspected of involvement in ATM thefts dating back to January and February, with specific incidents on January 25th, 26th, February 6th, and February 9th under investigation. A 16-year-old has also been apprehended as an alleged accomplice in these crimes.
The once-cocky teenager who treated public roads as his personal playground is now confronting severe “grown-up charges.” These include employing a juvenile in criminal activities, theft by unlawful taking, and conspiracy. Currently, it appears the judge presiding over his case has denied bail, and a future court date remains undetermined.
