Capturing the essence of the all-new 2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter lineup across six days in Halifax, Canada, was an incredible experience. This photoshoot for Mercedes-Benz Canada aimed to highlight the versatility and robust nature of the redesigned Sprinter van in real-world scenarios. Halifax, with its friendly atmosphere and picturesque landscapes, provided the perfect backdrop for this campaign. Beyond the stunning locations and welcoming locals, the city also offered some of the freshest seafood imaginable.
Mercedes-Benz envisioned a “darker, grittier, real-world” campaign to showcase the newly redesigned 2014 Sprinter. This vision meant moving away from traditional studio setups and embracing on-location shooting in diverse environments. A key element of this approach was incorporating people into the imagery. While the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van remained the central focus, emphasizing its role as a working vehicle required showcasing the human element and its practical applications across various industries. From florists to construction workers, the Sprinter is designed to meet a wide array of professional needs.

They are intended for various platforms, including brochures, iPad applications, advertisements, and websites, demonstrating the van’s appeal and functionality. The demanding schedule involved long days, but the rewarding nature of the project and the final results made it a truly memorable and fulfilling experience.
